Detailing policies on refunds and cancellations


Refund policy and procedures

You may be entitled for a refund if you cancelled your booking and did not travel but paid in advance.

You may be entitled for a refund if we failed to supply the service/journey we agreed to supply.

All refunds are processed on a case by case basis.

More than 72 hours before the booking:     5% charge – 95% refund

24-72 hours before:                                          50% charge – 50% refund

Less than 24 hours:                                          100% charge – no refund

We may add on a service charge on certain bookings.

Refunds will be investigated and actioned Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00. Please email accounts@blueline-taxis.co.uk with your refund details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings can be made via telephone only to our control room (01432 343435) 24 hours a day. Calls may be recorded. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Blue Line Taxis as soon as possible.
